For the test of temperature in the charging circuit, it is necessary to discharge the empty battery pack with 0.2C to the discharge cut-off voltage specified by the manufacturer.
For the test of temperature in the charging circuit, the vented battery shall be charged according to the constant current and constant voltage charging mode, and the maximum charging voltage shall not exceed the maximum charging voltage recommended by the manufacturer. During the test, the charging current shall not exceed 3 times the maximum charging current or charging protection overcurrent value specified by the manufacturer, the temperature is monitored to be stable, or the battery pack is fully charged, and the test is ended.
